Reist Popcorn Company is turning 100, and we’re inviting the entire community to our biggest event yet, a free popcorn festival at the Reist Family Farm 681 Longenecker Rd, Mount Joy, PA 17552. On Saturday, September 13th, from 4–9 PM, enjoy an evening full of fun like free hot air balloon rides, a corn maze, hayrides, and a museum showcasing Reist Popcorn’s history. Families can enjoy corn hole, mini golf, live music, face painting, balloon animals, a bouncy house, and a table full of games, activities, and prizes for kids. The evening will end with a fireworks show, and throughout the event, guests can enjoy food and dessert trucks, local vendors, and free snacks. Whether you’ve grown up with our popcorn or are just discovering us, this milestone event is our way of saying thank you. Bring your family, your friends, and a lawn chair, and come make memories with us!

FAQ
Is this event really free to attend?
Yes! Entry to the event and all attractions, including hot air balloon rides, corn maze, hayrides, and games are completely free. Food and merchandise will be available for purchase.
How do I get a spot on the hot air balloon?
While the tethered hot air balloon rides are free, spots are limited! Tickets will be given out first come, first serve, with a time slot, at the main entrance!
Do I need to register or RSVP?
No RSVP is needed, but it helps us know how many people to prepare for!
Is there seating available?
We are not supplying seating, so please bring your own lawn chairs or blankets for the lawn.
What happens if it rains?
The event is rain or shine! We’ll do our best to keep things running smoothly, just bring a raincoat if the forecast looks rough.
